Regarding your first point, I don't know whether that's a safe assumption. I believe they (via stockbrokers) have been ringing quite a lot of FNT shareholders (ie. not necessarily just the larger holders) re their intentions in relation to the Torque IPO.
Regarding your 2nd point, I believe the minimum subscription amount for the IPO is $3M (ie. not $2M).
IMHO the IPO period is likely to be extended. Also, it may take longer than Mon/Tue before they know the final numbers for the subscriptions that have been received so far...
