"At 30 June 2015 the Company owed Frontier Resources Ltd $493,445 for the purchase of drilling equipment and other machinery. Repayment of this amount was payable either on the completion of a successful IPO or from the proceeds of the Stormont Mine, subject to Torque receiving proceeds from mining in excess of $1.7 million. In the event that $1.7 million was not received partial payment was to be made. A payment of $200,000 was made to Frontier as partial repayment of debt during the year. There are currently no other outstanding terms for repayment other than agreement to pay $100,000 from the proceeds of the sale to Pace OHC and Moina Gold Pty Ltd"
