Yes very true on the ASX releases as their is a link there.
I'm 99.9% sure Bob McNeil was a director until he moved to Torque,if not a director he has some official role in the company. I'd have to dig back through my records. He was present at all AGM's that I have been able to attend up to 2010, (Unfortunately I have missed the last two). Bob was present and answered questions by shareholders etc. I think the first AGM I attended around 2007/8 shares were allocated to him on the agenda etc. But that is going on memory.
I imagine there is a history of directors located someone to check against.
