I see they only raised a tad over $1M seed capital of which the McNeil's (and friends) put in a bit over half, times are tough in the small mining sector

30M Torque shares are to be distributed to FNT holders, that's about 1 Torque for every 10 FNT's held.
They're hoping to raise $8M in the IPO, tough ask in these tough times.
