As for Torque, surely some one in management were doing the sums as processing was occurring? Has it now only been mention because of the appointment of receivers to BCD? As germainst pointed out awhile ago something was amiss. Is there a link of the problems of finances and what they're trying to charge torque? Were they trying to dig themselves out of their hole at torque expense?

The main issue is, if germanist picked it up from a release why didn't the company see it sooner as I imagine they someone monitoring the whole process or have they not reported the issue earlier and now only mentioned it with the change in BCD status...
