The issue regarding native title is definitely related to getting approval to drill on the lake itself.
The 3 holes drilled so far have been on the land (for which approvals have already been given), and they wish to now drill on the lake to follow through with some preferred targets.
Obviously, at $300,000 per drill hole they want to plan and implement the drilling as best they can,especially based on the information obtained from the initial holes.
They are frustrated but still very committed to the drill program.
