Torrens Mining - Mt Gunson

For those interested,

Zero chance of an in-specie distribution for us with only 4.2M shares allocated in the expanded Torrens Mining (TRN) incorporating the holding company (Terrace Mining) of the Elizabeth Creek Project. (formally the 100% STA owned Mt Gunson copper cobalt assets which Coda (COD) is currently earning up to a 75% interest.)

Deferred consideration in cash or shares at 20c IPO price includes:

- $250K within 60 days of listing.
- 2% NSR capped at $1.25M buy back option for $750K.

Potentially an extra 1.25M and 3.75M shares respectively for STA.
