It is now nearly 3 months and the only update about the Torrens Joint Venture is that "it is seeking the reissue of two government approvals to finalise access provisions for a drilling program on EL5614" and "to expect drilling at the Torrens anomaly to proceed in the fourth quarter, 2017"
How about an update? Is ARE on course?
And what's happening with the joint partner AIS? Is it still a joint venture or a "disjointed" venture?
Great announcement today that $1.4 million (before costs) to "advance the Company’s Exploration ... Higginsville and Torrens projects". And what will be left of the $1.4 million (before costs). On past performance (refer to last year's annual report) at least $425k will go to the CEO Lindsay Owler and the Directors (Malcolm Richmond, Andrew Bursill and Patrick Elliot); and no doubt there will be placement fees. Leaving what? Approximately $800k for 2 projects. And is it $400k for Torrens?
So why focus on Higginsville as well? Who cares about Higginsville and all the other ARE failures - gold in Laos, Zinc in QLD, copper in Zambia, lithium in Canada and SA etc etc etc!
Can ARE please focus on the one and only one exploration target that really interests all short term and long term shareholders .......... LAKE TORRENS!!!!
