    I suspect most holders of ARE are no longer concerned with Torrens. It's all about their African endeavours. That's my thinking anyway...

    That said, the change in government could be a good thing. And Torrens could be a possibility one day. Lot's of hurdles and no doubt lots of money required to advance Torrens. I'd forget about Torrens for now...

    I still hold ARE, but it's been a long struggle to date...
