You also clearly show a lack of research on the part of where the business is at regarding the land title disputes.
The land title issue is dealt with (finally) but it has been appealed, though on face value the appeal is possibly vexatious or frivolous.
Your lack of patience coupled with your poor research makes your credibility tenuous at best.
