As far as I'm concerned there is no JV as long as the dispute is not resolved.
As far as AIS is concerned there is no point of further drilling when its clear there is nothing of value there or very little chance thereof... In any case AIS have real and proper mines to take care and build. Best to focus and deliver on those at present.
