I would expect some wording as to the level of interest being shown and depth of discussions. It should be "Torreya and Neuren are engaged in detailed discussions with a number of highly interested companies" - or - "Torreya continues to assess the market opportunities for a Trofinetide ROW licencing deal......".
We should be given some indication as to the state of play and if they are making progress or not. Even better if they announce an negotiation exclusivity agreement the morning of the AGM! Won't hold my breath though.
