The only problem with PEM's SP is everyone is guessing whet it is going to do with its $1/share cash. 1c/share dividend? You can wait for 50 years.
Obviously, it is going to do a takeover. So who is the target? Is PEM going to pay toooo much? etc. etc.
Or
PEM's SP has gone nowhere, itself could become a target!
