With regards to Toshiba it says it will take 2 hours to analyse the blood; in addition, what i have assumed is that is for one type of cancer. therefore if you were testing for all 13 cancers it would take a while.
there would also need to be a lot of the devices to screen for every patient.
the interesting part for Bard1 would be that they are likely to be like a sniper, clear and precise. this device would there crucial part in all this
