Toshiba are gigantic though. Plenty of cash to throw at it if it's going to work.
Is it a specific test they've developed or is it their medical equipment that is used in conjunction with others? Read to me like their device is analysing the blood for certain things.
Maybe they would like to utilise the bard1 biomarkers, but that's patented by BD1.
