Thanks for the pointers. A few things the S/H need to keep in mind.

1) At this time, I am only canvassing the level of interest from posters here. As stated before, this "motion" has been proposed before (I certainly am not the 1st to suggest it), and there were no takers at that time.

2) Your point is spot-on the money. Removal of any "officer" (for the lack of better word), while I would NEVER DISCOUNT IT, is something that should be examined only due to the financial difficulties.

3) My previous old posts, along with this recent one, suggested that we should note the grievances and the desired resolutions. Again, while removal of officers is A GOOD option, we should consider it carefully for the financial (and other) reasons.

4) To affect any resolution we need numbers. I am not certain if we will be able to get those numbers from folks around here. But hey, lets see how many are interested then we can discuss the possibilities. You never know, we may end-up needing to hire a hall if the numbers are too big....May be too optimistic!!
