MF, I would tend to think that the barge work is finished. The system has been designed for "Hot Swap" in other words easy retrieval and installation. CWE will tow the buoys out as per a previous release. I do not think that they will use the barge again. There are any number of work vessels around (tugs) that have lifting gear that could install the pods.
Only one pod and buoy will be installed initially. Pods would be part of the "Hot Swap" system. Each would be able to be retrieved separately to the buoys if necessary for maintinanance.
Barges need to be booked months in advance where work vessels in a busy port can be hired on short notice. Alot of the time they sit idle.
