Take enough of a stake, spread the credit far and wide again with .5% interest rates, sit back and watch it brew again for half a decade or so, sell some of your positions well into the bull run and balance your books and then some. Current Fed/Treasury Yanks/global finance ministers will be seen in history as one of the largest wealth creation actions in history, with literally trillions of dollars of government owned assets being purchased at decade lows.
