A total of $61 mil to the instos
Then a SPP of MAXIMUM of $5000 shares @ $0.95
Which means that if the 4909 shareholders (quoted from the annoucement) took up the full $5K worth of their entitlements, then that would mean $5K x 4909 = $24.54 mil. That then is a total of approx $84mil.

If over the next few weeks we get a lot more new investors (as evident in the parcel sizes yesterday) buying in to take advantage of the SPP then theorectically there could be more than that. But in saying that, not everyone will take the full $5K due to a number of reasons...but i definately will!!

In any case it will be very interesting how much they raise this way and secondly, why do the need so much more than the amounts to pay for the 2 aquisitions, ROV equipment and working capital. Maybe another acquisition is close and they dont want to go through the whole cap raising again so soon. Only speculating though!
