I think all of us who have experienced the unfulfilled promises of the current management which you mention in your post must remain mindful of exactly that:- nothing but unfulfilled promises to date. The latest about a farmin partner has, in itself now been talked about for a long while. Will this 'story', like all previous, also evaporate in thin air? Time will tell.

For the moment I'll continue to support the current management but in absence of the 'talked-up farmin partner' materialising before the AGM, I'll definitely change my vote ifo NHC.

Let's wait and see - clock is ticking.
