Next week I'll revisit the peculiar structure of IBX, wherein the Australian company, IBX:AUD, appears to be little more than the fund-raising subsidiary of its US parent company. Stay tuned.

PS - have you noticed how many posters have been arguing this week over what the IBX technology actually does and the size of the various markets. This is the job of the company to fully inform the market. It is their Business Case and should be set out clearly on their website.

Everyone is well aware a capital raise is coming - whether that be before or after the conversion of options, either way it's going to be soon. You'll also find a similar going concern section in other company's financial reports.

I don't know much about company structures but Imagion for all intensive purposes is an American company - we have what (?)1 employee in Australia. I suspect being listed as an Aus company has something to do with the favourable tax R&D returns for biotech companies in Australia.
