That is a stock standard auditor piece from all spec stocks with no or little revenue.
There's nothing to worry about. A raise sorts out money problems.
Investors buy on future prospects, and IBX have added an iron to their fire with the MRI.
Will still take time to start earning but will ensure any further raise will be taken up.
They may even look for a reputable partner to tackle the MRI phase on some sort of arrangement.
