Some posters are missing the point here when it comes to a CR. A CR has no impact on profitability
and it's not an expense. It's simply a currency of choice.

Granted the retail investors don't like them as it dilutes their ownership share...and depresses the
value per share, hence SP. It's not a matter that needs agreeing or disagreeing with, if we in fact need
a CR or not. It's simply a currency of choice and in the spec end of the market, it's very common to
see CR's.

The more pertinent question people should be asking is (if I may humbly suggest) will the monies
raised via a CR be used to further develop tech that has shown to work? (I think the answer is YES)
therefore, is the upside potential commensurate with the downside risks? And finally, given the potential
that IBX has, does it still deserve to remain in my portfolio?

Those are the questions that I'd be asking myself. For me, it remains to be a 'Buy/Hold'.
