re: agm questions for angers Angers

I have some questions for the agm, and/or for anyone attending the presentations (I won't be able to make the 3 December Sydney meeting as I will be away).

1) How will next year's drilling in Mauritania, Gabon and seismics elsewhere (Guyana and Uganda) be funded?

2) Related to (1): Will there be a capital raising and if so when? What type?

3) Or, will HDR be divesting some equity and if so do they expect to gat a good price. Which blocks might they sell down?

4) Why is the share price not responding to this year's successes? Why should HDR management get millions of "incentive" options when the share price has not improved in 2 years?

I will think of others I am sure.
