It's not great Noor, but I actually think the smartest thing PH did was pull the pin on the restart. It would have been game over for POS if they were currently full steam ahead on refurbing the plant drawing down debt with near zero chance of it being economic by the time it got going. A small consolation for everyone still holding, but at least the company is clinging to life. Where there is life there is hope.
