Paying 6% commission on a placing that occurred at a 26% discount plus 133,333,333 option at just 3 cents with a 2 year time period is beyond belief.

They don't care a monkeys about there existing long term shareholders.

Enough is enough.

What are the non-exec directors doing ? not protecting the interests of existing shareholders.

This company has no credibility at all.
