I think it is about 353m from last Appendix B notice lodged.
However this doesn't account for the potential dilutionary impact of the warrants to be provided to the banks as part of the debt restructure announced today in lieu of amendment fees. If you wanted to be abundantly cautious in calcs use 406m (current shares on issue plus 15% max. dilution to the banks).
