I wouldn't read to much into that KKW we have known for some time interest in the area has hotted up, it's the reason we have an AMI with CNOOC. I would take any article from African Intelligence as partial fact and partial gossip and rumour....not unlike HC..
We all know the fact, TOTAL has been given the lease and Timis is not happy.
However any extra interest in the area is good news for FAR as it seeks to get the best farm out deal for A2 and DJ ? but will make harder to aquire new leases .
With A2 we have the best anyway IMO and quite frankly with that, GB ,probably DJ and our JV leases containing SNE ,the FAN's and whatever else may lurk there we don't need anything else ...
