Seriously,so much twisting of the facts here...the county never had correct processes or procedures in place...the management of Piedmont have supported their introduction of Mining Regulations as Piedmont had already included the safeguards in their proposal before even announced....please if you are going continue a very negative campaign please be more in line with current facts and not areas that have already been addressed several times on this thread..
