I have read through the annual report which states there are 436,000,000 share in the company. But is that the total amount? I understand there are around 386 million directors shares and ESP shares currently in escrow. Is that 436+386? Or is the 386 part of the 436? Advice would be appreciated as it makes a big difference in valuing the company! Cheers
