What is amazing is that BPT downgraded reserves more than 6 months ago and it wasnt picked up by anyone including professional analysts. you would also assume therefore that Roc should have been aware the reserves were at risk so the capital raising was a bit of a rort.
Admittedly I have followed both BPT and ROC from a far and have owned both at some point but I didnt make the connection for the reserves
