That'll go a very... very long way to explain the differences in MCs.

Roughly as a very... very crude guide. At Hillside for every ton mined you'll extract 1.8kg of CuEq. For Rocklands, for every ton mine you'll extract 6.0kg of Cu Eq. Now say, each ton will cost you $5 to mine and process. Then the revenue to expense ratio of Hillside is (at $3.20/lb CuEq): 0.4 and for Rocklands: 7.5... ie. you'll get ~19x better return with CDU. If RXM is worth $75m, then CDU should go for $1.4b; and if CDU is worth $400m, then RXM should be worth $21m.
