Or can someone delay a substantial till they have finished , I am not up on all that stuff
point is a bucket load os shares held by the largest shareholder have been DUMPED, and some sort of explanation (besides its oversold etc) needs to be addressed. I am not saying it is not going to go up, but the flutter the other day was less than inspiring, as only RR shepp where buying
