The threshold for a Substantial Shareholder Notice is 5.0%. Once reached, a notice has to be filed. Once breached to the downside, no further notices have to be filed (ie: a Cessation of Substantial Shareholder Notice is used in those instances).

For as long as a substantial shareholder remains above the 5.0% threshold, they have to file additional Notices for all incremental movements in their shareholding =/>1.0%.

In summary:
SS = 5.0%.
Cessation of SS = <5.0%.
Ongoing notices required = movements of =/>1.0% in any substantrial shareholding.

Filing needs to occur once the transaction thresholds have been reached irrespective of whether the buying /selling has ended.
