    EGR would have $46-48mil sitting in its bank accounts which is enough funds for stage 1 developments at Kwinana. even with s capex blow out, they would have enough funds for its development.

    why do you think EGR needs a capital raising?

    are you suggesting european expansion or Epanko funding?
