What's the relevance of CIF and FOB if you're the buyer (EcoGraf) and the seller (TanzGraphite)? Either way you bear the cost and the risk. Unless you want to get into granular detail of tax rates, the Tanz govt's FCI etc, it kinds of seems like a moot point.
I don't disagree that the market's always right, even if it is irrational at times. The market was right when large institutional backed a $54m placement at 60c, and it's right now at 27.5c. The question is; what will the market think 6, 12 or 18 months from now?
