My take on EGR

Huge potential but a BOD that the market has lost all belief in. The about face on Kwinana after spending millions getting everything approved and then not explaining the reason was catastrophic. The BOD already had a built a reputation for failing to communicate to the market and failing to start any project despite announcing multiple in price sensitive announcement over many many years.

Shorters of course picked that the BOD would fail to go ahead with the fully permitted ready to build Kwinana and upped their positions in the lead up to the announcement.

The SP has been on a continuous downtrend since the 50m CR over 2 years ago with no sign of that stopping. What held that up
was the 50m cash injection ... but that has been frivolously and mysteriously spent variously on projects abandoned, projects seemingly forgotten, endless overseas trips across US, Europe, Africa and Asia, not to
mention a conference circuit that has netted zero cost millions and taken the CEO to hotels globally that no doubt treat him as a VIP regular.

Shareholders, frustrated after years of horrendous 'value adding' worked with the few remaining INSTOs on the register ( many having bailed out of the company already) to vote to give the BOD a strike one at last years AGM.
The BOD acted professionally by legally threatening multiple shareholders for their posts on HC and having numerous posts displeased at their performance removed from HC.

Since then the BOD has remained unchanged .. consisting of the same 3 Directors that the company has always had despite advising holders of plans to expand the dysfunctional BOD structure. The BOD continues to float their raison d'être, adding shareholder value and keeping the market fully informed of plans & project metrics.

New potential holders simply have nothing to buy into with EGR .... where is this company heading, even if we hear limited plans "can we trust that they won't do a Kwinana?"

LTH have either got out at horrendous losses or like myself found themselves landlocked unwilling to take the hit and get out.... hoping just hoping for change. Other LT holders fill the HC threads with increasingly incredulous claims of a SP of $2, a claim that held some potential when the SP was over $1 and BEFORE the $50m CR.... with Kwinana and hubs of SGPs touted to have already started operating. Yet other LTH zombie like ignore the car crash around them that is the EGR BODs performance & SP performance ..... despite being in the CAR!!! Glazed eyed blinded by the sun reflecting through the prism of their rose coloured spectacles, they trudge out multiple tired daily posts talking about evil shorters and guessing at the direction the company might take on recycling, SGP locations, the future of Kwinana, the stays on Innogi and the multiple other unupdated and likely long dead new product lines and the stays of patents .... failing to see the irony that all their daily conjecture for the past several years would not be required if the BOD was actually held to account by them. Also failing to realize that by failing to hold the BOD to account they are the ones directly giving the BOD the tick of approval to continue their current path ..... well at least until they run the companies multimillion reserves down to zero

Let's get real and work together to get this BOD removed ... let them know now that strike 2 is coming .... it at least gives them the chance of resigning with dignity

I could not express it better. With current BOD shareprice will vanish in the low tens or even single digit cents.
Frog target could only be reached bei 1:20 resplit. Otherwise we we will not even reach 1 AUD in the near future.
So frog has to sleep like a baby for a long long time before he will wake up and see 2 AUD share price.

Vote BOD down, they deliverd nothing than fluffy anns and promises which never were fulfilled over the last 5-6 years !!
