I think either of these things are a possibility:
(1) Maybe they have something to hide, something the market will not like. But they should be transparent and open about whatever is going on.
(2) It could be that they're just lazy, and there is literally nothing to update the market about, because nothing new has happened.
(3) It could be that there's actually really good news around the corner and it just needs a little more patience from shareholders.

It's all a guessing game from here - i think the SP will continue to trend downwards until they update the market with some really good news (if not, this will re-rate somewhere lower for the time being IMO).

Questions that need answering:
(1) What has been done with the CR money so far (appears to be nothing)
(2) Has the engineering / construction contract been signed? If yes, we need to see a copy of it, price, etc
If not, why not and what has management been doing for the last few months?
(3) A timeline of milestones for the Kwinanagraphite facility and when they anticipate them to be completed - for example, when will construction commence / complete, etc.
People also keep complaining about the shorters - well, the truth is shorters look for vulnerable companies, companies they think are not doing so well in the short term. The problem is not the shorters themselves, the problem is with the company. The company needs to improve and the shorters will automatically be washed away. To be fair there are certain scenarios that are outside the control of the company. For example, if the project is going to take a few years before things start moving - shareholders get bored and the SP starts to bleed. Its a normal and common thing which makes a perfect chance to short. Look at RNU as an example, the SP will continue to bleed because their project is going to take a very long time.

I will be interested to see where the SP settles in the coming weeks (or i might be surprised with a massive positive announcement to see it fly). Lets wait and see

You forgot a month or two ago they got 54 million bucks in the bank, the party is still going on, as if they give two hoots what anyone thinks, their set for life. Conferences and meetings with buddies with all expenses paid trips to the far ends of the earth, low falling sp because they dont tell shareholders anything.....meh!!! pour me a drink
