I wonder if it is Chinese manipulation - two different CCP controlled companies aiming to manipulate control as cheap as possible? They are doing their best to corrupt nickel, bauxite and lithium markets and probably maybe see EGR as a strong competitor in graphite? I expect the way to fend it off is to get western companies as direct or co-investors or partners, which I think AS is working on. Possibly this is all about geostrategic competition .
