    The most important part of a partner coming on board is that it will put a value on UNS.

    PPS = (Value of Unis - Percentage Sold) / Outstanding shares

    Clarity will happen and the SP will be repriced accordingly. I would suspect that it will sell at a discount until sales and growth can be determined.
