Mining stocks are now starting to move but there is a lot of competition. My timing is off, that's for sure. There is no choice but to hold. We know that the MD is in China this month to attend a Tin Institute conference. With the recent delegation to China and the Feds' invitation to keep investing here, it's a matter of WHEN and not IF funding to production will happen, isn't it?
