we have all read the company's announcement's and we know what to expect,
what there is that people are baseing there dought's on is pure down ramping with no sound bassis to it,
it is well know'n that NEO/OPL are haveing problem's getting the correct plant into place to do what need's to be done,
flow test's and the like ect ect, AND THAT'S ALL
this plant is in high demand at this point in time,
and the most important thing for NEO to do, is to get there gas to the market and start selling it,
everything is moveing along very smoothly in this area for NEO and OPL, at the moment
there would be no need for these pipe line's or anything ell's if there was no gas or oil in place,
the problem with the NEO's chart/share price is that it is about six week's ahead of it's self and need's to be pulled back a bit,
unless there are some very real negative fact's comeing into play, i believe NEO has/will bottom out at $0.044 as it's worst case scenereo, it is divergeing as i type,
it is my view only bit if anyone want's to buy NEO then the best place at the moment would have to be around the $0.044/45 cent mark, or if holder's would like to the sell, i'am sure there are other's who will take your share's from you,
