    Hi Dimaz,
    Thanks for the great Wilson's info.
    I have based my calcs on a $1.30 to $1.50 price range.
    Nearest competitor, Euronet, is about thirty times bigger.
    If sold at say $1.40 then goodwill around 70 percent of total assets and identical to Euronet.
    If sold at say $1.40 then pricing very expensive but still cheaper than Euronet.
    For pricing to equal Euronet then price should be trading at about $2.00.
    However, Euronet thirty times bigger so what discount do you apply to the possible $2.00 price to account for massive size discount.
    I think I agree with some other posters that might give it a small punt .
    Any other views on this ?
