Done some more ringing around
This is a very small and unusual IPO for Goldmans to be handling.
Apparently instos are OK with it and they like the potential if the Telstra contact develops. ( See Wilson's stuff kindly posted by Dimaz )
The last small IPO done by Goldmans was the NZ Child Care Centre business done before Christmas. There was about a 10 percent premium to be had on this one.
I will be very surprised if they price it at the top end without anything left for a premium on the day.
However, only warrants a small punt in my view.
