Will be interested to hear what you think about this float after reading prospectus. Netroadshow document has not included share sale proceeds in forecast balance sheet. I estimated proceeds at about $1.40 per share for purposes of my analysis. I fear that Nani is right about this one. Some chance of upside but downside could be big if the stars do not align.
