G'day mate, the extra profit which the company derives from direct sales to shareholders pales into insignificance compared with the profit derived from bulk sales to major retailers.
I went looking for some Red Tractor hemp product in my local Coles store a couple of days ago, and found that they were almost sold out, with several empty cartons sitting on the shelves, so obviously the public are buying it.
