IMO what happened on open was the seller dumping the last of their holding causing an initial pull down.. a few would have then sold in fear and the luck ones would have baught cheap shares. I reckon th esell pressure is now off and once this is realised we will head toward fair value what ever that might be.... I suspect a price level comparative to other REE plays based on fundamentals and we all know that is well north of here. CHOMP!
