I also noted that I didn't think MMX could go higher than $25 without more money from Mits
I guess I am just surprised CHM settled for $25
I thought they had nothing to lose from the court case decision before negotiating
The problem is that MMX stole CHM money and then stuffed up the mine and gave it all to Mitsubishi for a fraction of its value
Now MMX and CHM shareholders lose
The only winner is Mitsubishi
