today I got a letter from BTV. They said I am a small shareholder and unless I completed a form and made sure I got it back to them before the 28th of this month (less than 10 days now) some other entity was going to sell my shares on my behalf.
I'm not happy. I bought at the wrong time and obviously have suffered a relatively significant loss, but I'll live with that. I don't want to sell in this market and I don't like having to spend $3 on registered mail to inform someone about a decision I was not even contemplating.
What I don't like is the way the emphasis is on me to respond in a short time frame.
Such a strategy reeks of the insidious machinations of that sewer rat who buys from the uninformed and laughs in the face of decency when it accumulates. Most will know the identity of the that piece of offal.
I have now downgraded my opinion of the management of this company.
