What they & probably others fail to realize is that Maybe I, or You & Others may be small shareholders for now, but could own a sizeable parcel of shares in the future. What they should be doing first is outlining the real benefits or lack thereof of this latest announcement. Only then give shareholders the choice to stay or sell. But the choice shouldn't be theirs. They need to treat shareholders like A type clients.
This way small shareholders who may come into $$$ at some time in the future, may decide to increase their holdings.

Small shareholders could be tomorrow"s Buyers & boy don't we need them.
Question, what happens when next month, the same small shareholder decides to buy a small parcel again. ??
